We know some abilities and experiences our veterans gained during service can’t be seen on a resume. At American Regent, veterans will apply them in new ways to help change and save lives.
We are proud to sponsor our Veterans Employee Resource Group (ERG), one way in which American Regent supports those who served. An employee-led community focused on ex-military, military families, and allies, the Veterans ERG creates an environment that allows veterans to help other veterans. The group raises awareness of the military within American Regent, assists veterans in finding resources to help them in daily life, encourages volunteerism, focuses on career paths specific to veterans, and builds long-term relationships among its members.
Through the Veterans ERG, and other ERGs within the company, we strive to create a working environment where everyone feels safe, heard, and valued.
